Trivium Paramount Theatre - Seattle Concert reviews
Night Ranger, Foreigner and Journey show!
My Brother, Sister and I eagerly awaited this show all summer! Just like most there, these bands "are us".
The Comcast Center in MA is a pretty decent venue. Staff very cool, not over policed, and parking was free. Rest rooms available and Port a Pottys in the parking lots. I thought it was not bad getting in and out.
I was shocked, however, to see that a draft beer was $10.00????? Come on, even in Fenway it's less than that!! So, because of that, I question the need to crank up the beer price. Lots of folks in the parking lot having fun, same as they would at Fenway Park. So, I am really curious as to why that kind of mark up is needed!
My brother and I saw Trivium a few years back with the same lead singer as now. We couldn't wait to see all three of these rockers together and with the addition of our sister!
Foreigner stole the show hands down! Night Ranger was fun and did a good job. They played with heart to the crowd, and the set list kept us wanting more.
Journey was just o.k., The lead singer is fantastic. Something was missing, I think the flow of songs. I was tired of him shaking hands with the same front row fans all night too. It's nice to reach out, but this was the whole night, same hands over and over.
Arnel is amazing, good energy. I can't put my finger on it. The show just didn't have the Magic factor it had the last time I saw them. Would I go again? Hell Yeah!
